Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 5 business days and shipped within the United States and U.S. military bases.
Once your order leaves our workshop, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. Laurel & Oak cannot guarantee delivery times or shipping conditions once a package is in transit. If your package is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

Returns: If you no longer wish to keep your item, you may return it at your own expense. Once the product is received back in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Custom Orders: Customized items are non-refundable.

Damages in Transit: Laurel & Oak is not responsible for damages that occur during shipping. Please contact the carrier if your order arrives damaged.
