4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders typically ship within 5 business days. Laurel & Oak is not responsible for delays or damages that occur during transit once packages have been handed off to the carrier. Customers are responsible for contacting carriers directly regarding shipping issues.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued once items are received and inspected.
